• Friendly and professional guest care and complaint management
• Independent management of your own shift and the bistro cash register
• Responsibility for a smooth service process, considering quality standards and customer requests
• Sale of breakfast and bistro dishes and drinks

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed training with EFZ or equivalent work experience
• Communicative and open personality
• Very good German and English skills; any additional language is a plus
• Assertive, independent, tidy, and efficient work style
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
