Job Description
As a Shift Coordinator, you are the reference point for your team and guests. You organize and lead your shift, ensure smooth operations, and make sure everyone feels good and safe. You motivate the team, assist where needed, and bring your positive energy to every shift. You set an example in terms of food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene, and you are always ready to coach and support your team.
Main Responsibilities

• Organize and lead your shift for a seamless restaurant experience
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and the team
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Support the team during rush periods -- in the kitchen, at the counter, or in the dining area
• Foster team spirit and motivate employees
• Communicate openly and manage conflicts with empathy and respect
• Use management tools (scheduling, cash register, orders, inventory)
• Support training and development initiatives
