Your responsibilities:

  • Host with passion: Lead your station independently and ensure a smooth, elegant service flow.
  • Consulting skills: With solid knowledge, advise our international guests on food and wine selection and promote the guest experience through active upselling.
  • Craftsmanship: Master classical service styles (e.g., Gueridon service) and celebrate the preparation of smaller dishes directly at the guest's table.
  • Team leadership: Guide the Commis de Rang and interns, ensuring harmonious collaboration between the kitchen and service.
  • Quality assurance: Always ensure compliance with our LHW standards and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Requirements:

  • Foundation: Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist.
  • Experience: Extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy or 5-star hotels.
  • Expertise: Good wine knowledge and a deep understanding of culinary arts are self-evident.
  • Linguistic proficiency: Communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are welcome in dealing with our international guests.
  • Appearance: Radiate natural elegance and maintain composure during busy service times.
