Job Description

We are looking for a Sous-Chef to strengthen our team immediately, only with à la carte experience, and we look forward to your application.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the entire kitchen including training of kitchen staff
  • Create menu and offer planning as well as control compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage ordering, delivery control, inventory, cleaning and inspection tasks, as well as safety at work under the HACCP/KOPAS concept
  • Create duty rosters

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a cook
  • Several years of professional experience as a Sous-Chef in gastronomy
  • German (very good knowledge)
  • Experience with traditional Swiss recipes
  • Leadership experience and a service-oriented, communicative, and very resilient personality
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
  • Quick comprehension, teamwork skills, and accustomed to independent work
