Job Description
We are looking for a Sous-Chef to strengthen our team immediately, only with à la carte experience, and we look forward to your application.
Responsibilities
- Organize the entire kitchen including training of kitchen staff
- Create menu and offer planning as well as control compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage ordering, delivery control, inventory, cleaning and inspection tasks, as well as safety at work under the HACCP/KOPAS concept
- Create duty rosters
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a cook
- Several years of professional experience as a Sous-Chef in gastronomy
- German (very good knowledge)
- Experience with traditional Swiss recipes
- Leadership experience and a service-oriented, communicative, and very resilient personality
- Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Quick comprehension, teamwork skills, and accustomed to independent work
