Job Description

  • "Head Function" for the entire restaurant team (restaurant, dining room, and events)
  • Coordinate with other departments, especially the kitchen
  • Create duty rosters (with Mirus) and organize service
  • Plan and manage the event area
  • Lead, motivate, and promote staff and trainees (including training)
  • Train and implement service standards and ensure friendly and warm guest care
  • Recruit staff
  • Organize and control the ordering process
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Actively participate in service

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training (EFZ - CH, D, A) or long-term professional experience
  • Very good German skills (Italian knowledge an advantage)
  • Leadership experience in a comparable position
  • Personality with passion and competence for hospitality and enjoyment in dealing with guests
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Team ability and reliability
  • Initiative and readiness to deliver
  • Good organizational and communication skills, social competencies
  • Good manners
